BOOKING CONDITIONS

  We are open all year round, seven days a week

     Our current opening times for collection and delivery are: 

                        Mon - Sat 10.00am - 12.00pm and 4.00pm - 5.30pm
                        Sundays   10.00am - 12.00pm

  We are closed to the public, Sunday afternoons and most Public Holidays

* A current vaccination certificate must be produced on arrival

* All male guests over the age of 6 months must be neutered

* Any guest considered unfit will not be checked in until seen by a vet

* All guests should be free of fleas and other parasites
   Please let us know if you have had a treatment five days prior to checking in

* Your hotel bill is usually payable upon departure

* Minimum charge : Three days

                                            : Five days over Christmas and New Year

* All days booked must be paid for

* Non returnable deposits are required  from new customers

* Vet bills and transportation fees during your stay with us are the

    owner's responsibility             

* Guests holiday with us at owners risk

* Cancellations made within 48 hours of due arrival will be charged at 50% of

   hotel fee
