SERVICES
Welcome to Suma Farm Cat Hotel. Let me tell you what you can expect when you join us for a short break or a long holiday. However long your stay with us, it is bound to be a happy one!

You are more than welcome to come and view the hotel and the large selection of rooms available.

You will need to have a valid certificate of vaccination against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu. Upon arrival all vaccination certificates are given to our helpful staff for verification.   If you are not up to date on your inoculations or haven't bought your certificate with you, you will be turned away, so please make sure you bring these with you. We will also require your vet's details.

We require all male cats over the age of 6 months are neutered, sorry boys!

We recommend that you bring your bedding with you or something from home for extra homely comfort. However we do stock a large range of beds and bedding should you require one. We will also launder your bedding for you, as often as necessary, at no extra charge. You are welcome to bring toys and scratching post but these are left at your own risk.

MEDICAL CARE
In the unlikely event that you should become unwell during your holiday with us, we will do everything in our power to make sure that you are comfortable and receive the best medical attention. If necessary, we will provide transportation and take you to your vet - if local - or our own vet who will contact your vet for medical records. Please note that you will incur the cost of the bill and transportation fees.

MEDICATION
We are able to administer all types of medication including injections. We have a wonderful team of Professional Cat Lovers who have all been trained by our vet.

SPECIAL DIETS
We are able to cater for most diets from our extensive menu either in tins or pouches as well as most brands of dried food. If you are accustomed to fish or chicken for main meals, please bring it with you and we will be happy to cook it for you at no extra charge. You are welcome to bring treats for yourself and we will happily store them for you. If you are homesick and not eating, we will tempt you with culinary delights of freshly cooked fish or chicken, tuna fish and even sardines and more, until you are feeling better.

We have a large selection of games and toys available for your entertainment during your stay with us.
However, you are more than welcome to bring your favourites with you, and you may also like to bring your scratching post.

You will have the opportunity of a daily brisk run or gentle stroll up and down the corridor whilst your room is being serviced. Staff may join in with you, throwing balls and toy mice for added fun!

Room service for meals is served twice a day or more on request. We have a large range of food available on our Menu and are able to cater for special diets (excluding veterinary prescribed diets.) Please see our MENU for more information.

Maid service is twice daily. Your room will be thoroughly cleaned each day and your mini bar restocked. Toilets will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected leaving the bathroom clean and smelling fabulous!

Our professional and dedicated team of Cat Lovers each have an area for which they are responsible.
This ensures continuity of care and means that you will get to know your maid and she will get to know your likes and dislikes.

We are unable to supply prescribed food so please bring it with you.

GROOMING
You will be thoroughly pampered whilst on holiday with us and will enjoy love and cuddles from our team of Professional Cat Lovers. Our staff are more than happy to give you a quick brush or comb. If you would like to book a more thorough professional groomer this can be arranged for you. Please mention this when you are making your booking. Please note that this is not included in the daily rate.

STORAGE
You may leave your transport basket with us in our storeroom for ease and convenience. Please make sure it is clearly labelled. Accidents in the transport basket on the way here will be promptly cleaned up and disinfected.
